Description of goods

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and description of products on the website are correct at time of purchase. Please note there maybe variations in colour and size as many items are handmade from recycled glass. As detailed in the description it is advised to handwash coloured glass only.

Shipping

As standard we post out 2nd class Royal Mail, however if you need an item quicker, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate! Postage is £3.75 inc P & P.

Packagaing

We try to re use packaging as much as we can, and we use cardboard and 100% recycled mailers. If your package does not look pretty from the outside due to recycled materials, rest assured it will be beautiful on the inside.

Refunds and Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items returned in a satisfactory condition within this timescale will receive a full refund of the original sale price, excluding postage charges. Carriage costs of returned items are to be paid by the purchaser.
